    Toshiba 6570?/Lanier 5365 print controller

Hello All, I have a Lanier 5365 with print controller that won't toggle the on/off line button. In the browser page at the top shows offline and cover open?
All copier functions OK. Did a ramclear(what a pain!), no help. It looks like everything is there but controller thinks there is a printer error(cover open) and won't go online. It is one of the older print boards with the latest firmware and a type 2 nic. The error history shows last five hits as a C11, can't find that one in my docs.
    Thanks for any help.

not sure why c11 would be causing your problem, but for the 6570 a c11 is "duplexer side guide abnormal"..i'll try to dig a little deeper to see if i can find something for ya..

      Toshiba 6570 Print Controller

The Printer board you have is a GA1060. Toshiba, Sharp and Lanier use this and although all the software is the same the Settings List prints out a different heatrding based on the SW download. If there are no error codes (E51, E52, E53 etc). It is probably not a Print Controller issue.

      Good Luck

Just a tech, the c11 was the trouble. I de-oxed the connector for the duplex tray and the printer started fine. Why the error did not display on the op panel and the duplexer worked is beyond me. Your comment on the error code helped put me on the right track. Thanks
