    e studio 550 cb1

    we have an e studio 550 giving cb1 codes. we hav replaced the cam with the one way bearings and the finisher control board. any help will be appreciated

    I think you are at the wrong way check please papertransportmotor
    and wiring around fore bad connection .

      If you replaced the cam already, then you need to look at the rest of the assembly the cam drives. I've seen this caused by the pin missing on the shaft behind the cam (it can fall out if one is not careful when replacing the cam). I've also seen it caused by soda dropeed into the lift assy. I've even seen the sensor that detects motor movement popped out of place.

      You need to remove the trays and take off the lower cover to look at all the assemblies and identify what happening.
