    e-studio 166 and e-studio 230 reprint

    Hi..
I have this 2 models given problems with reprint.
The 230 have about 200k copies.
But the E-studio 166 only have 12k copies and she start to make reprint in copies and prints. Already change the fusion for one of another machine, change the kit of the drum. And confirm the 05 codes of the fusion and they are all like the handbook say.
She was working fine until some days ago, and now in the firsts prints, make reprint. If she is on for long than one minute after she make the pre-running the copies are fine.. But if I turn on the machine and make soon the copies, the reprint appear. It's only if the machine is cold.. when she make more than one copies only appear in the firsts one's..

If I understand that you are getting residual image of a previous copy on the current one. I would replace the thermistors if you have already rebuilt the fuser on the machines.
And Star Trek was just a tv show...yeah right!

      yes.. is that...
but only when the machine is cold, in the firsts 2/3 copy's..
already change the thermistor but still the same. In the first copy every time I turn on the machine she make re-print.

I'll never ask if I didn't check user manual, service manual, parts list, BSI/TNI/TAD... web, existing threads.

I think that is because of the compatible toner?
I think they have katun toner..

Yes it is. Use katun fuser parts with katun toner and machine will be ok.

And with witch parts of the fuser? The two roller's?
because in the 230L who it's making that, the superior roller of the fuser it's from katun, the pressing roller I think it's katun too, but this I'm not sure.

Change all together - heating, pressure and cleaning rollers and scrapers.
