I am getting some light streaks going lead to trail only with the doc feeder machine is fine

Can you post a gray scale or color scan of the output? Also did you clean the mirrors and lens and lamp? Is the white strip for peak adjustment under the scan glass in good shape and unobstructed? Without replacing a CCD that's about all you have I think... A scan would help.
I will not give you service manuals or firmware.

When you replaced the glass, did you only replace the big glass or did you also replace the small slit glass to the left?

The adf only uses the small slit glass and any spots on that show as lines on your copies.

The dual red lines look exactly like slit glass contamination. The other line is smaller but probably there as well.

If you copy on the glass and can print with no lines at all, but have them with the ADF, it has to be slit glass related. Also clean the white plate that rests above the slit glass.

Yeah I'd bet a cheeseburger that there is some little speck of dust, lint, thread off a rag in the optics somewhere. Well it's most definitely happening in the optics because the edge is erased. Clean and clean some more.
