have a tosh 281c....powers up no error code..wont produce a copy, but can get list print,lamp wont come on....then it will...firmware updated.....any ideas please!!!!!!!!!!!

Check the connectors between the system board and logic board. -
Check error history. Change HDD and reload firmware. Check RAM both modules.
