it seems we have been havng problems on the 2830 model with it coming up saying its printing for the pc but the actual physical print job doesnt come out only it sounds like it does. anyone have any clue, as the firmware is uptodate and its OS is Win XP, and tcp/ip set up properly and it only happens once in ahwile. this place is about 3 hours in the middle of nowhere and we have wasted many trips out there so if we can recitfy this over the phone it would be great. Is there any chance that they have the user codes enabled for color and the jobs are going into the invalid box because they have some color in the documents? -
ty Jim for replying, i will check that out as i will have them try our service dept code on a test page and see as they have do have the codes enabled. if that doesnt work ill let you knowComment
