    Imagistics CM 3530

    I have a Imagistics CM 3530 that has given me a message of Check color toner cartridge I have cleaned the sensor, cleaned rollers, and I can't get it off. It started right after I changed cartridges. Can anyone help.

    Make sure the flags on the back of the toners are intact and free of dust. Make sure the revolver doesn't have any slop in it. Rotation wise or front to back in the machine.
    I will not give you service manuals or firmware.

      The cartridges look fine. I have taken them out and checked but I can't find anything wrong with them. I ahve cleaned one sensor behind the cartridges, are there anymore?

        pull the inner tray cover and clean both of the sensors under there. Use air only or you will need to replace them. Then pull the developer cover and clean the hidden sensor back there..
        And Star Trek was just a tv show...yeah right!
