Toshiba Studio 230 - "File storage error" scan problem

Have a Studio 230 that give me "File storage error" when trying to scan. The copier works perfect copying and faxing and printing it just on the scan that this error occurs. Does any one knows what to do?

    Thxs in advance.

It means that the connection between copier and PC are not correct. There are a whole host of things that can cause this, but some of the most common are: UserName and Password not entered in Vista, old firmware, Scan folder not properly shared, with the proper permissions being given to that Shared folder, etc. What does your Save As File page in Top Access look like?
