    Toshiba 4511 default fax size

    I have gone through all three user manuals and I cannot find the part where I can change the default to scan a fax. The display shows LD and you have to go into the options and change it to LT. Auto seems to be useless.

    Any suggestions?

      goto the webpage>administration>look for scan settings and then original size and change and save the changes..

      Also is the auto function not working for the adf or the glass? If it is the adf then the size sensors are not reading correctly in which case an adf init and callibration of the sensors should take care of it or the customer is not adjusting the side guides to the orriginal.
      And Star Trek was just a tv show...yeah right!

          Spock, I was a big fan, too. No conventions, though. I have gone through the admin section, but I am asshamed to admit that I'm not that versed with the webpage function. Can you help me here, too?
