Toner scattering in e-450/452 series.

Dear All,

Did anybody reach a solution for the Toner/developer scattering in the e-450/e-452 series.

have it some times ago and still many machines comes back with the same syndromes:
toner splashing, developer goes to the waste toner box, and image is some how magnified.

it seems to have something with to do with the machines electricity as all the consumable are new.

have checked many of those machines earlier but i hadn't reached any concrete evidences.

any ideas guys?

Hello, I would look at the bases of transfer, separation, appears to be a loading problem. Do not forget to replace the wires.

When you pull the developer unit out, is there toner surrounding the hole where toner enters developer unit?

I have seen cases where the seal on the toner exit assy fails and allows toner to migrate into area above the developer. Once this happens, it gets on the main charge, main charge starts to act erratically, machine starts pulling developer, etc, etc.....

The metal grounding plate below the dev unit can cause issues too.
