I've already replaced Drum and Developer to solve this problem once. Believed it to be related to the rough moving of the machine. Machine will "rub" (not really PULL) developer out of the unit and drop it on the Duplex Tray. Machine has less than 200K on it and I replaced the developer/drum less than 20K ago. I originally thought (since there's no Dr. Blade gap adjustment) that something had simply gone wrong in the initial setup by the first tech that set up the machine. But obviously not any longer...

Check all of the mylars in dev unit. Check smoothness of dev unit's shafts rotating. Check bias tract.
