Toshiba e-studio printer 452 firmware

I have a Toshiba e-studio 452 with firmware version
f/w version: t364sy0e232
m-rom version: 364m-02
s-rom version: 364s-02

Does anyone now where I can get the latest firmware from and the procedures to install the firmware to the printer?

I would prefer a download, but it seems very hard to find.
