Toshiba e55 Print

I put the print board & NIC out of an old e55 we had in the shop into one of our customers machines. As far as I know they were both good. Now when you press print on the control panel it displays Print under preparation. I could not find any thing in the service modes to tell it that it has print.

Has anyone installed one of these? Am I missing something?
