Es-900 Finisher(mj1026) not seen by copier

this company took their 900 apart to move it to another building. Didnt call anyone just started pulling plugs and connections. anyway they now want us to put it all back together and make it work ? we have everything back together but the copier now doesn't see the finisher. checked plugs, fuses, metered 24 and 5 volt lines (both good) I have even went as far as replacing the Sorter. Still no luck
Gentlemen I work mostly on real Toshiba's not these Toshiba want to be's. Do you have any Ideas

This is a rebadged ricoh I think. I believe there is an interface pwb that may have come loose.
