E-Studio E35-E45: Can not print in Microsoft Excel

    Dear All,

I met a same problem to print document in Microsoft Excel for both of E35 and E45 as followings:
    - O/S: Windows XP (32bit)
    - Microsoft Office 2003
    - Installed Copier Driver for Printing PCL6
(Correct driver as instruction and support on Toshiba website)

    *Description of problem:
    - Order copier to print document in Microsoft Office, Acrobat Reader, Auto CAD...--> Done well
    - Order copier to print document in Microsoft Excel, Led of Job Status button (on control panel of copier) was turned on, and it indicate that size of the printing document is LT while I already selected its size as A4 by Paper tap in print application of Microsoft Excel. Then copier could not carry out printing job.

Please kindly advise me how to solve this matter.
    Thank you.

From waht I read, you are in an area that uses european paper sizes. It sounds like the excel document is set up for LT. Go into the page setup for the doc and cet your defaults to EU sizes. Emujo
If you don't see your question answered in the forum, please don't think it's OK to PM me for a personal reply...I do not give out firmware and/or manuals.

I believe you can go to the codes and set it to treat A4 and letter as the same and get rid of the issue.

On one of the tabs (I think it is advance) look for a check box for "excel job control" unchecking or checking this may help.
