Have this complaint from customer:
Send print from PC, 3 sets of document, using recycled paper from the by pass tray and the complaint is after he sent the document, he has to walk to the copier, press the Job status button and the print button to get the document print out and only the first set was printed, then he has to press the Job status button and the print button to get the 2nd set print out and the same steps to get the 3rd set print out.
My question is select paper from the 1st and 2nd tray it is OK, is there any setting for this ( By pass tray)?

Yep that's the way a Toshiba's bypass works. Even the newest ones. Some like it some don't. There is an 08 code somewhere around 600's that will make it auto feed from the bypass. This is fine as long as he doesn't change paper size in the bypass but if he runs different sizes he will have to make sure the right paper size is loaded for the given print job before he presses print. Otherwise it will feed whatever is in the bypass and if it is the wrong size you will get a misfeed.
