    E-studio 200 disabled network connection

I have been printing my invoices on the copier with no problem. Then the other day they would not print.
I go and check the network setting on the copier and the copier said Network Disabled.
What would cause the network to become disabled. And does anyone know what the 3 digit code is to enable networking?

Does it have a thumbdrive like enabler plugged in right next to the nic card? If not then someone enabled the trial mode and it has expired and you will need the "enabler" to get it running.
And Star Trek was just a tv show...yeah right!

Will I need to take the back panel off in order to see if the copier has this thumbdrive?
      I also apprerciate your help.

Took the back panel off of copier, removed NIC card. Turned copier on without card. Turned copier off, re-installed nic card. Did not see any type of thumb drive. Plugged it back in, turned it back on and it printed out a network setting sheet. It is working again.

My only question is what would cause the nic card to become disabled?

        Thanks for your help.

Sorry I have been busy. I was thinking of the Estudio 200L for the thumb drive. The 200 does not need it. It could be a power surge or a bad print job that will lock up the nic on that model. I do not recommend it as anything other than a copier and fax machine even though it does work. I have had more issues with these as printers then any other model.
