hi mhmsaqer nice to see you've travelled across from thecopiernetwork ( about time )
if you have the same phenomina appearing on 2 different machines ( even if they are the same model / make ) wouldn't it make you wonder if it's their print job / something on their network that's hanging the jobs? that would be my 1st thought. it would be a big coincidence for both machines to have the same trouble & still have the problem after new HDD's, f'ware etc...
maybe worth checking out what jobs are causing the hangs, if they've recently changed anything on their servers / print jobs, maybe got rid of something that used to do the job & now have the e600's doing that job.
one thing that may ring true, 2 e600's i would imagine would be using a common print driver on the server, maybe you need to totally remove the driver, then reload it ( don't just update the driver, even clicking replace files because it won't replace all the DLL files ) your best bet is to stop the print service ( admin tools, services... ) delete the driver, then install it afresh.

I agree with McKinley. According to the fyi site there was an update to firmware that required a driver update as well.
On 8/22/05 they released an update for drivers only:
This release is an update to the Windows print drivers only. The print drivers are available on Tech-To Go. The versions of the new drivers are:
OS Driver Version
9x, ME 2.1.16.0
NT, 2K, XP, 2003 Server 2.1.16.1
These drivers are able to print some PDF files that caused a stack error on the previous version. These drivers also address a printing problem when User Authentication is enabled and NTLM or LDAP authentication is used. And Star Trek was just a tv show...yeah right!Comment
