When scanning to folder in TIFF or PDF, the image is reduced about seven percent on the 2830 device. On the 305 series, the images are skewed. In an attempt to resolve the issue, I have tried all recommended adjustments, including edge erase and a firmware update, but to no avail. Has anyone else run in to this? and if so is there a way to ajust scanner side from copier side of Machine?
