    [Misc] TOSHIBA e-STUDIO232 -Top Access

    Hi,
    I have toshiba TOSHIBA e-STUDIO232 copier and, when i use job status under top access, i can't delete or release the users private print one by one with admin login. only "delete all private print job" is available and other delete and release buttons are not appeared. please help me to solve this

      are other tabs missing in top access

      if other tabs are missing we have had to reflash the firmware to get them back

          No Only DELETE and RELEASE buttons are inactivated.

              You can't delete individual private print jobs from topaccess, it needs to be done at the control panel of the machine. However, if you go to Administrator>Setup>Printer in TopAccess you can specify how long to allow private jobs to be held in the copier. You can set it to a few days or a few hours. Once the job has been sitting there for that set amount of time without being released it will be deleted. This way you wont have to worry about private jobs piling up, or cleaning it out periodically. Otherwise, it will have to be done at the control panel.

                  Thank you for your reply. but i cannot delete or release private print jobs from control panel also. earlier those two tabs are enabled in my Top Acccess and suddenly it was hidden in the page.
