    CC90

this time three finishers MJ-1022 out from the packing and the three is failed on three different machines 282,232,352.
the error is CC90 and the exact reason "using the test mode" is the upper tray is failed to move up ,moving down is fine.
lower tray is working both upward and downward.
what might prevent the upper tray from going up,since there is no signal from the board to the upper motor during lifting up in the test mode.
i've tried to ballance the trays, rails are clean and smooth.
    any ideas men?
    thanks in advance.

            Re: CC90

If the top tray is not moving correctly i would advise changing the rail/frame with the gears on. They are on each side of the tray. If it is a case where they have been bashed etc and the tray looks unlevel you can strip it down (same procedure as replacing the frame on each side of the tray) and level the tray back up. Its a bit of a pain in the as job and a little fiddly.
It didn't say that I couldn't do it in the manual.
