Good luck I tried getting one to run and it kept freezing. Closest I came was using the 64bit PS Universal driver from toshiba. It's available from copiers.toshiba.com They have not even released Win7 Drivers for machines 3 generations newer than the e45 so I doubt if they ever will :0/ I had limited success using a HP driver and even worse luck using the Vista 64 bit driver. Hopefully someone else has some better info but I think this is a tough one!I will not give you service manuals or firmware. -
There are Vista drivers for controllers that this machine can be optioned with.
Try these drivers and see if they work. If they don't, then it might be time to look at upgrading your machine as I believe that Driver and Firmware support for this device is no longer available (ie Toshiba won't support it anymore). Please don't ask me for firmware or service manuals as refusal often offends.Comment

You can get the Mini drivers for some of the older equipment which should work with Windows 7, but the Mini drivers are still only available for the e-Bridge devices from memory. Please don't ask me for firmware or service manuals as refusal often offends.Comment

Only mini drivers works on new OS (W7 x86 and x64). Tested and confirmed. New drivers - well TOSHIBA is not so fast... Be patient and get some cold beer. It will be long and hot summer.I'll never ask if I didn't check user manual, service manual, parts list, BSI/TNI/TAD... web, existing threads.Comment
