e-Studio 16 Department Codes

hi guys....

i've just took back an e-studio 16 from my customer recently and now it's about to go out again for a different customer. the problem is, the previous customer has used the department code feature and did not let us know of the admin password.

So i wanna ask, is there a 08 code or any way for me to clear all the data? like a master reset for the copier? i know for newer machines like 350/450, there's a 08 code to clear it. i've checked the service handbook for studio 16 but found nothing.

e-studio 350/450
08-263 will allow you to change the code to whatever you want.
Think its the same for the e16.
