    Toshiba Estdio45 c026 error

hello i hope i can find some help. Have a Estudio 45 that makes dark (almost black copies, test print are fine). Checked the error history and the mach. had serveral C26 codes. Replaced the CCD/ lens assembly. now have very blurry copies. No matter where i postion the lens there is no change. The image is also shifted about an inch in the verticale direction. Any help would be great.......thanks.

The CCD and Lens assy are matched at the factory, if the red painted screws seem to have been removed you will need the jigs to get the combo back in the correct position. Emujo
If you don't see your question answered in the forum, please don't think it's OK to PM me for a personal reply...I do not give out firmware and/or manuals.

Yo Bro! first of all u should not adjust the lens in the ccd unit. For c26 1st check the flat cable which connect the SLG BOARD and the exposure lamp. 2nd The CCD UNIT u should ope from the entire frame of the CCD nit instead of the lens. U try changing the ccd unit from the entire frame which has 4 screw.
Still the same change the SLG board

      GOOD LUCK

sorry for any confusion, the two screws that hold the lens unit are the only adj. i did ( for the hash marks on the mach). did not touch the 8 screws on the lens and ccd the manual says not to touch

If you received a new one there should be a sheet that tells where to place it using the hash marks. (usually looks like +1 or -2). Start at that point and move it no more then 1mm one way or the other to get best image. Otherwise it could be the slg pwb as mentioned before.
And Star Trek was just a tv show...yeah right!
