    studio 550 give offline ...offline ...

    studio 550 with controller printer and scanner i think ga1020 after booting did not go to online.. i enter to setup and heper set up and also offline .. i can seeit on network by ip ..but in machin offline ..when i press online i hear teeeet . but no chang always offline ... what can i do .. any help pleaaaaaaaaaaas....thanks for allllllllllllll

      Check and make sure the network drop is good. Check and make sure the ip you are using is not in use already.
      If these are ok then I would suggest reloading the os on the gl1020.
      And Star Trek was just a tv show...yeah right!

          One more step. If reloading the OS does not help change the HDD and reload OS.
