    Toshiba DP-3580 Going offline

Have a Toshiba DP-3580 that keeps going offline every time you try to print to it.
Running on windows xp and have tried reloading drivers, checked ip address. Any suggestions????

Yes, but you're not going to like it... This is an obsolete MFP and I doubt any Toshiba tech has the tools (ie Win 95 laptop) to assist in reloading the firmware for the print board (might have been as SC1). Bite the bullet and replace it, even if you update to a used E352, it will be functional with todays newer OS's. By the way, the 3580 was my 1st toshiba digital training class (about 13 years ago) Emujo
If you don't see your question answered in the forum, please don't think it's OK to PM me for a personal reply...I do not give out firmware and/or manuals.
