    Microsoft Office 2010 print issues

    have you guys encountered any issues with the new Office 2010 to Toshiba machines?

      I haven't test Office 2010 yet. But there are a lot "restriction" when You use it according to Toshiba. For some problems there are workarounds and for other You have to wait for new firmware and driver. So what exactly is the problem, model of the machine and versions of firmware/driver.

          There are a couple of issues with Word and Excel, using the Mini driver seems to get around the problems, as ivovb said, when the new firmware and drivers are released is when the fixes will happen.
          Some days, it's just not worth chewing through the restraints

              I do know that you need to have the latest (+/- 2 levels) for windows 7 to work. As to office I am not aware of any Toshiba only issues but there are a couple of Microsoft issues.
              And Star Trek was just a tv show...yeah right!

                  I am aware of the certain restrictions released by Toshiba. The features of Office2010 most of them, cant be used. Toshiba's countermeasure: use the printer driver's properties to perform the features.

                  Anyways, just would like to know if there are any issues out there as I have yet to experience them personally. Thanks guys
