    e452 , LCD CAN'T TOUCH AFTER UPDATE FIRMWARE

    My e452 was running, last week my custom can't touch anything on the LCD. i think to need the hdd and update new firmware.

    My firmware is v.329. have a new hdd and update it by USB.

    - C + 3 : 1 , 2 , 3
    - 4 + 9

    UIF version ....... V010.000 0
    UIO version........ V022.000 0
    UI1 version......... V039.000 4
    SYS version ...... VT358.900 E ( correct with this version?)
    ENG version ...... 364M - 03
    SCN version ...... 364S-02

    when all completed i check 08-693-947-692-690...
    it is ok, the next day they still can't touch anything on the LCD screen and call me again. i update again but this time i only can input 1-2 code and it is clocked LCD, all buttons of the keyboard together .
    try to replace sys board and LGC board and update again this time is same as last time

    now ! i don't know how do i do...

    give me any idea pls.

      If the screen and keypad are what are giving you problems, have you tried replacing the LCD/Touch assembly or the keypad board. Or both?
      I will not give you service manuals or firmware.

          thanks for your idea!

          i shall try to replace all keypad board and lcd now and reply that effort here

              WARNING!!!

              What ever you decide to do, don't replace 2 boards at the same time. This will kill the MFP and you will need a rep from Toshiba to get you back up and running. Replace 1 bd at a time, then follow the steps for board replacement. If this does not solve the problem, be sure to swap the good boards back to their respective MFPs or you will have the same problem when you power the loaner MFP for the 1st time. Emujo

                  WOW! sounds exspensive have you tried calibrating the screen 08-692 ??

                      yesterday i replace kb and lcd it run only day and ...die (lock all keyboard).

                      Emujo! i don't know "MFP", what is the mean?

                      i am sure all boards (sys, lgc, keyboad...) is good when i replace it...now i think to try update with the fỉrmware v.324 but i haven't it, pls send to me this firmware i will resend to you firmware v329 if you need
