Topaccess e250?

hi all!

my customer call to me setup printer for e250, it have printer kit + nic (rj45 port). the fist i think it is very easy with me...so i download viewer2-fullinst-v104 at toshiba.com and setup tcp/ip and i can see the IP adr. from computer (ping on computer) but can not browse the e250 during setup viewer2-fullinst-v104.

i want to log in to topaccess but i don't now password default (12345 for e35 - 550, 123456 for 230-450-452... )

4 hours don't finish my customer said with me :" is it easy with you??"

any idea can guide me how do i can log in to topaccess

Toshiba viewer has to be used without pcl and network options but locally connected via LPT/USB. If You have RJ-45... than use pcl driver - download it at toshiba.com.

i know that driver but i can't setup IP address which be seen while setup driver.

i go to top access and setup i try many password but it is show "invalid password"

anybody help me to know the password default access top access for setup or give me the printing guide GA 1031
