Tosiba E Studio 351C

Hello to all...
I have a Toshiba E studio 351C on which we are trying to install a finisher MJ1101 and I keep getting error C580... I had this before on a Toshiba 3511 but it was problem of compatibility with the finisher.... does anybody know if this is the right finisher for this machine or if we are missing something in the connection process?
Any advice will be helpful!

Do you have the proper interface board installed? If so check firmware level should be at 17 or higher

If the finisher is firmware higher than version 19, the IPC board needs to be at version 1.4. Also, you need to set 08 code 1912 to 1 in order to tell it that is has a toshiba finisher installed (mj1101)
