Hello,
Trying to help out a customer with a Toshiba I do not normally work on. They have an MR3016 I believe on an estudio 230 copier. The U shaped white plate that you can see when lifting up the feeder has 2 black plastic blocks on either side that are suppose to hold the plate in. Apparently the small bit of plastic that is holding the plate on has broken off. I need the part number of either the 2 end blocks that hold the plate or if it is all one assembly I need that number. This is the plate with the reflector on it that the sensor reflects off of for detecting jams. Since it is out of position the feeder is showing jam and would not reset. At least until I glued the plate back onto the tabs for now. I figured that this had happened before to a few of you seeing how little plastic there is holding this thing together.
Thanks in advance for any help.
Edwin
