    [Misc] Toshiba E-studio e35/45

    Hello everybody, who know how to setup 'waste toner full' alert message when the waste toner full?

    Because my M/C nothing to show when the waste toner is full, after then all waste toner will come make the M/C be come dirty M/C.

    So i hate this kind of M/C!!

      Dispose of used toner ( ).
      • The toner bag becomes full of toner.
      x
      The toner recovery auger moves towards the rear of the copier: the toner bag full detection sensor is
      turned ON.
      x
      “Dispose of used toner” is displayed.
      • When the toner bag full detection sensor is turned ON.
      x
      Copying operation is disabled after the sheet which is being copied is discharged in the paper
      receiving tray.
      Solution: Replace the toner bag with a new one. its looks like the used toner sensor mounted on the rear frame is not working or is dislodged from its mounting

          The machine is suppose to back up the toner auger and send the message to change waste toner bottle. (there is not a sensor on this one like the 350/352 series). However it leaks almost as much as the bottler holds before it trips this. Most of these are 10 years old and I would recommend an upgrade.
          And Star Trek was just a tv show...yeah right!

              you mean upgrade new M/C?

                  How to enable the detection sensor?

                      Not sure of what you mean by M/C (main charge maybe?). Once again as the above post clearly state...when the bottle becomes full, the auger gets pushed to the rear of the MFP. At this point it flags a sensor located on the rear frame and displays the "dispose of used toner" message. If you are not getting this message when the bottle is full, then you either have a bad sensor, a bad LGC board, or the auger is so bound up (bushings gone) that it can't move to the rear postion and flag the sensor. The MFP is over 10 years old...time to upgrade to something from the 21st century. Emujo

                          Waste toner container

                          You can do what I do: when I replace the toner bottle, I also empty the waste toner container, even if it's not full.
