E-studio 350 printing

hi,
e350, copy function nomally, but print from pc (file word, excel) : print paper size always= 94% or 97% (i think so) original paper size (A4), i tried to adjust on it's properties setting, but...the same. Can somebody help me ?

check and see if what you are printing and what paper you are printing on are the same size. Also see if the machine is set for your country and the machine has the correct size in the drawer settings. If that is correct then start in the service manual under the adjustment section and go step by step through there. I have had to do that when a print out was too big, a document glass scan was too small and the adf was perfect.... Take your time and do it right and you should see this go away.
