cannot print on toshiba e studio 45.

good day!

one of a sudden i cant print on my toshiba e studio 45, i change the utp cable with new one, but when im going to ping it sometime connected and sometime not connected, but when transfer the cable to other copiers theirs no problem. it all started when call service appears "C44" i reset it to 0., no problem in photocopying only in printing.
can someone please help me on what to do.

I'd check everything on my network really well first. Easiest way to single this out is to plug a laptop directly into the copier with a cross over cable. Setup the laptop to the same IP configuration as the machine and test for your problem. If the problem does not appear with the laptop directly connected to the copier then the problem is in your network somewhere. If the problem is still there you'll have to replace the board(s) on the machine.
