Ok, this is my second post on the same day.
Phenomenon:-->
Grainy image on 2nd side of duplex printing occasionally. Printing paper are from 80gsm, 100gsm and 140gsm.
On K2, this phenomenon is less visible during low volume printing. However, the grainy image reproduced during high volume printing is quite visible ; after printing about 30 sheets (LD/A3) or more.
On McKinley and Denali, this issue was not really resolved and the recommedation by TTEC is not acceptable at all.
Any suggestions on this issue?
Oh yeah, forgot to mention work done.
1. Changes done on the 2nd Transfer Bias Offset (from 2 to 8 according to IM)
2. Change media type (err.. had used several type of paper except of MONDI)
3. Increase the auto-toner threshold value (oh.. another issue. after printing continuously for approx 150 ~ 200 sheets, the image becomes faint regardless of simplex or duplex)
4. Change [08-9059], [08-572] and [08-949].
