change drum on e-studio 451C

Hi,
I have a 451c that i need to change the drum on but i cant get the tray part out at the front to access it, does anyone have instructions? i have the service manual for 4511c that is almost identical but the manual seems to be cut short and misses the technical part of things.

If someone knows a full service manual link i would apprecaite it if you could pm me the link.

Toshiba has 2 manuals one is for troubleshooting (handbook) and the other is how things work and come apart (manual).
To get the drum/cleaning/transfer unit out is not toooooo difficult.
step one remove the wast toner bottle
remove the lower cover
remove the black dev unit
remove the upper cover (2 screws)
remove the 3 screws that hold the plate to the frame
loosen the 2 through screws (recessed in the frame)
open the left 2 doors
unplug the 2 connectors at the top and the 1 on the charge unit.
slide out the front.
