    Doesn't pring correctly

    Good day to everybody,
    Advice needed on Toshiba E25s. Installed one unit of Toshiba 25s with Network Printer last week and everything was Okay but this morning the customer call up, complaint was PDF File could not print out correctly. Attached is the sample of the print out

      Possibly a print language issue. Have had issues with weird symbols and stuff before and they were related to print language. Just a thought.

          From adobe reader click the advance button and select print as image and see if that helps. Other wise I would recommend and upgrade. All the machines of this family that I have had set up to print were problematic at best.
          And Star Trek was just a tv show...yeah right!

              my friend try this change driver if pcl5 or pcl6 change it to PS if it's working good thats fine in not .... from the web browser make netbieu off and try i hope this help you

                  Hi guys, finally solve the issue by installing the PS driver, it is a print language issue.
                  Thanks again to you guys who have feed me the info.
