    [Error Code] Toshiba E280 Error Code 351c

    Hello,

    I have a customer reporting error code 351c on a Toshiba E280. I am unable to find any info on it. Can anyone shed any light on the error, please? Thanks in advance.

      I cannot find it either.. I can find a 3c51 code for offramp delivery error (fax forward to email).
      And Star Trek was just a tv show...yeah right!

          Maybe it's an e280 on a 351c... although I've never heard of a e280 jam either.
          I will not give you service manuals or firmware.

              OK, Thank you very much. I will speak with him again. I had a feeling this wasn't correct. I even double checked with him several times. I will post the correct error later today.
