e5520c Copy one Letter size page onto Ledger with same two images

Any ideas on how to Copy or Scan a 8.5 x 11 size page repeated twice onto a 11 x 17 page with each image side by side.

The idea is here for a print shop to cut the 11 x 17 page in half, saving a click charge, if 11 x 17 is billed as a single click.

We hate to do this but any help will win us the deal.

    Thanks,

If I understand you correctly I believe you would have to use magazine sort (under 2-sided) and copy off of the platen to avoid printing more than one original. Of course if they are printing it's pretty easy, just duplicate the page and then do the magazine sort when printing or setup the document to be 11x17. I hope they don't run a lot of coverage or you will lose money on that account.
I will not give you service manuals or firmware.

I think if you go into the edit mode and then press 2 into 1 and select your 11/17 drawer and feed in your two originals I think it will do what you want.

I think you might be onto something.

Your solution does work. I can also save it as a Template with Auto Start enabled.

          Triple Thanks!
