Went out to the customer this morning. Rebooted everything, but the copier only prints from a job that appears to be in memory. Even if I create a new document, it spits out a job it's holding in memory. THANKS

Thanks guys. I did as you said and it worked, but there's more to this story. I'm not that familiar with this machine, obviously, so I didn't realize that the copies come out inverted. Well, after reformatting, I was still getting the “job stored in memory” prints. Turns out, the frig’n cheap customer (They are chargeable.) had loaded the paper tray with a previously run job. It was a Homer Simpson moment. Lesson learned. The error light still comes on, but as far as I can tell, everything seams to be working fine. Thanks again.

The error light on this can be anything from a paper jam to the machine is out of staples. Try the web interface and look for any messages (toner low, out of staples etc).

And one more thing to check for error light - 08 252 if it is more than 251.

I'll never ask if I didn't check user manual, service manual, parts list, BSI/TNI/TAD... web, existing threads.
