Hello guys, I need your help...I have this problem with e-studio 600..when I turn the power ON, the finisher will initialized and after that it will just hang up with out displaying any error code. The fusing unit is warm but it's not getting ready. I tried to reset the HDD by pressing 0 & 8 simultaneously while switching it ON then keyed in 690 and print button but still having the same problem. I'm not familiar with Toshiba copiers and I do'nt know how to enter the service mode. Do I need to change the HDD? TIA

Does it run without the finisher plugged in?I will not give you service manuals or firmware. -
Try to reload firmware and or replace the hard drive...
Also check the 5.1 vdc line for 5.0 or higher.And Star Trek was just a tv show...yeah right!Comment

No, it did not run even if I removed the finisher before starting it up. And I also tried it with out the HDD but same result.Comment

We had the exact same problem. We replaced the System board and it fixed the problem.Why does every customer think they're the first one to ever say: "you've been here so much we should get you an office, ha, ha, ha"?Comment
