Call a qualified technician. You won't be able to make this repair yourself.

Just try me please , am a PC expert , and i have some other expert guys working in toshiba copiers since 90s , but they are not that good with computers so some how we complete each other , we are just lake of resources and instructions , like the firmware and so , we can aslo pay money for that as long as it will work , plus if there anyway to make duplicates for harddrive via PC it will also be great , i tried Acronis true image 11 , bit it reads the copier drive as unallocatted space !!! , am looking forward for your help and support

I have access to the USA version of the firmware which does not always work outside the USA. It is not difficult to do the firmware but if it is not done correctly or the wrong firmware is used you will need to replace the system board which is $1500.00usd. If possible then see if a local tech will do this and leave you a copy of the firmware so you can do it in the future. As to the hard drive, any 40-80 gig pc hard drive will work but I would stay away from maxtor drives.
And Star Trek was just a tv show...yeah right!

If you don't see your question answered in the forum, please don't think it's OK to PM me for a personal reply...I do not give out firmware and/or manuals.
