    [Jamming] Toshiba ES-452 Jam/Error History?

Is there a way to print out the jam history?

I know if you go into 08-253, you can view the jam/error history, is there anyway to print out this report?

    Thanks

9+Start mode code 106 - for all errors - jams + call for service. 107 are last 80 errors.

I'll never ask if I didn't check user manual, service manual, parts list, BSI/TNI/TAD... web, existing threads.

I did a 9+start on an e450 in the shop the other day just to see what the error report print showed, and the hard drive failed.
This machine was running great right before with no issues, what luck I have...
        Any explanations ???

You must power down this machine by either the User-Shut Off using the LCD or press the Energy-Saver then select Shut Off. Otherwise each time you just power off the copier using the ON/OFF switch you are crashing the hard drive and possibly corrupting files.

I don't think the list print and the HDD failure are related, but I would bet that if you look at the error history, you will find repeat F codes. You may try a HDD format (backup all your info 1st) then a firmware update/reload. Emujo
If you don't see your question answered in the forum, please don't think it's OK to PM me for a personal reply...I do not give out firmware and/or manuals.

This works only with eBridge2 and 3 (e452 and e453).

CCS - if you can go to 08 check HDD testing - 694. Check results with SH. Reseat HDD's cables on both ends. Anyway 99% of my cases leads to HDD change and firmware reload.
