toshiba estudio 355 printer problem

The printer of Toshiba estudio 355 is not working even with doungle i checked this doungle with another machine and it was working with the other one. and this machine is also a new one and customer was really needed the printer so he purchased the doungle too but doungle was unable to start the printer option.then i started the optional printer program valid for 2 months and this machine was working also on printer option.but now this period is expired also. i asked from the technical guy from toshiba they said me that its firmware should be updated. help! plz and plz tell me how to upgrade the firmware of toshiba estudio

The ES 355 does NOT need a doggle. You need to re-check the model number & re-post.

fully agree there no dongle neede on a 355

ok the machine is in front of me and i am looking at the model no. which is exactly written as E-Studio 355 Toshiba. and i already has installed printer option in studio 450 and studio 452 by the doggle. what is the information that i can provide you guys... and what else that you need to know to help me..

Also i want to add one more thing that in the back of machine the name of machine is written as

" Toshiba multifunctional digital system
/system multifuncition numerique e-studio355
model/modele DP-3570"
can you tell me how to check the firmware version and how to upgrade the firmware because toshiba guy tell me that machine has old firmware version and.and he said me to do the following process to check if printer is enable of not
he said me to off the machine and then install printer enabler which is like usb flashbar.
then on the machine
and then press the scan and print button on the machine's operation panel
and it did not gave a light
so he concluded that printer is not enabled by the printer enabler and advised me to upgrade the firmware of machine but did not provide me the lattest version of firmware and also has not given me the information how to upgrade the firmware
help plz...

strange in the uk a 355 des not need a dongle
you can check firmware version by 08---900 last 3 digits is firmware version if it requies a dongle it maybe specific for that machine
can you get a config page out of it??

i checked the firmware version as you told me it is T470sy6a103
and i printed its reports and those are on this link

If your copier from Asia. Australia. Africa and some country other you must use usb Dongle. You use copier on American , Europe let up date firmware. Contact toshiba deal

its asian region, Which dongle is suitable for e355 machine. i need the dongle model number.

Printer Kit is GM1160, Print & Scan Kit is GM2160~~~
