    Estudio Parts?

    Hi,
Im trying to start my own print business and picked up a 451c and 4511c, i do know a slight bit about photocopiers as i used to run a docucolor.
I dont want to have to call in a tech as i cant afford one at the moment, but know my transfer drum has marks on it and also the transfer belt.
I picked these up from a auction site in Australia hence the usage on them.

can anyone point me in the direction of part numbers also where i can purchase these parts from pref cheapo

    Thanks in advance.

Either bring in a trained rep and pay for the work, or run away...both of these MFPs (4511C more so) require extensive maintenance and the color output compared to the cost of that maintenace is not worth it. Both are "buisness color" which means that only around 20% of your output should be full color. Parts will not be cheap (600 for the xfer belt and 200 for drum) and if you don't know what you're doing you will induce many more problems tackling this. Of the 2, the 451C is a little better, but don't say I didn't warn you. These MFPs are holes you are gonna throw money into w/o a maintenance contract. Emujo
If you don't see your question answered in the forum, please don't think it's OK to PM me for a personal reply...I do not give out firmware and/or manuals.

i can emujo only agree... a maintenence (if you make it well) needs 4-6 hours, and if you make it the first time you can calculate +3 hours.

If you make an error -> BIG problem

I hate to tell you but you picked the entire wrong machines for a print shop.

Any Toshiba technician who has worked on them will tell you the same.

If you want a real machine for your shop you should sell these for parts or part out the entire units (fuser, Trans Belt unit, Cleaner/Drum/Process unit, laser, boards, Power Supply) and get you a 4520c series (2830c would be a good choice.) At least a 3510c series. But there is really no comparison to the 4520c series, they are just great machines.
I will not give you service manuals or firmware.
