Toshiba Estudio 351c fax card not working.

I upgraded a clients machine from a Estudio4511 to a Estudio 351c. The fax card works ok in the 4511 but not in the 351c.
any suggestions or ideas would be greatly appreciated.

351c is using GD1200/GD1201 while
3511 is using GD1150
it's incompatible to use for the other
