      driver - which one? Do You have PCL board? Go to this link for dowmload - Drivers | Support | Toshiba Copiers

      counter - if You mean total counter You can't do this.

          Resetting the counter is both illegal and counter productive.

          Would you like it if you bought a car that had the odometer wound back 100,000 miles / kilometers?
          Please don't ask me for firmware or service manuals as refusal often offends.
