[Error Code] Estudio 455 , fax error 00D2

hi every one , i have a problem when sending a fax Situation is like this... Rx is ok, but sending fax creating problems , other side they recived pages in cut pices like half part of the total page or lower or middle etc... but at the end when Machine gives print report it gives error
Status code is NG and error is 00D2

i have conformed from the service manual that it is a error of Poor Image Quality but i dont no how to handel this thing .....

First thing first is the line clear of noise? Does it happen on every number they dial or only certain ones? Narrow it down to long distance vs. local numbers. Really quick way to eliminate the machine is to plug in another fax machine into that line or move that machine to another fax line.

Long story short if it is a fax problem and it is sporadic then in my experience 99% of the time it's a problem with the fax line and not the equipment.

Are any of your copies coming out cut off in a similar way?
