[Misc] Estudio c2330 2 FAx Boards

hi, we have c2330 installed in one office with 2 copmanies within , and Mfp have 2 fax boards..
problem is,
1. Is there any way to add second id Terminal ID,
2. in printing report both phone numbers came into prnt. client want to print only the name of the company and fax number.
any one have any idea

#2 first... if you are wanting to change the text that is printed on the Comm Report after sending a fax then I know of no way to do that.... I wouldn't think it would be possible at all without rewriting the Firmware of the machine.

#1 are you asking if you can add another ID as in sometimes sent from A then sometimes sent from B? If so then I don't know of a way to do that either! However if you are asking if you can add another modem and have one dedicated line to sending and one to receiving then that IS possible.
