Setting up a trial period on Toshiba Copier?

Hello!
There are a lot o bussineses need copiers with rent and in our contracts is written they must pay per copy and they must pay Peridic Maintnance every xxx copies.
Periodic Maintnance is important to us because we sell parts and protect machines,but when PM comes,they do not tell us.
So my question is.
Is it possible to stop the copier automatically after a period of time?
So they can call us.

In TOSHIBA - no. You can just use notification system of the machine. Try with KonicaMinolta for this.
